An office space in the centre of Manchester has been refurbished and been let, ideally, to young companies, high tech or media start-ups but also to more traditional firms like lawyers or financials.
The typographic logo has been designed to best reflect the variegate audience. A bold serif font to also communicate elegance, with a contemporary feel.
